Welcome to Sahara Imbiss in Wedding, on Fehmarner Straße 5 in the lively Sprengelkiez — just minutes from Leopoldplatz. Our shop is a favourite for fresh, honest Sudanese street food, to eat in, take away, or have delivered.

Wedding is one of Berlin's most diverse and fast-rising neighbourhoods: people from many cultures living side by side, small cafés and shops, and the nearby Schillerpark to catch your breath. Our kitchen fits right in, bringing together African and Middle Eastern flavours in every dish.

Since 2009 we've cooked with fresh ingredients and home recipes — no flavour enhancers, no preservatives. As an expression of Sudanese hospitality, every guest is welcomed with a glass of free black tea. People love our daily-fresh falafel, hummus, Ful Medames and our signature peanut sauce, along with sandwiches, bowls and plates. Vegan, vegetarian or with meat — it's all halal and made with care.
